Please keep in mind that we operate just like a motel. The check-in and check-out times are set in order to insure that when your pet comes in it has a clean and sanitized kennel or suite. During our busy months and holidays we need pets to check out in a timely manner to make room for the next resident. There is an additional fee for early check-in or late pick-up.

Pet House Suites are closed in observance of the following holidays:
            Easter
            Memorial Day
            Fourth of July
            Labor Day
            Thanksgiving (from noon on Wednesday)
            Christmas (from noon on Dec. 24)
            New Year’s Day (from noon on Dec. 31)

There is a three night minimum stay at Pet House Suites for the holidays mentioned.
